For over 25 years, I navigated the demanding corridors of corporate America, often facing challenges that tested my resolve. I’ve been the wide-eyed newcomer, hungry to prove myself. I’ve sat in rooms where I questioned my own voice, and I’ve led teams in high-stakes situations where failure wasn’t an option. I’ve celebrated the highs of success and endured the lows of burnout. Through it all, I learned that leadership isn’t about perfection it’s about showing up authentically, learning through every experience, and always seeking to elevate others.
The truth is, I’ve been where many of you might be now: feeling the weight of expectations, unsure of the next step, or eager to make an impact but not knowing how to start. And that’s why I created FullCircle Elevate to help you navigate those same challenges with the support, tools, and clarity I wish I had earlier in my career.
